The staff was extremely helpful and attentive and the place was clean. Got a great breakfast served. The location was nice and absolutely perfect, close enough to the restaurant, town centre and the beach. This was my very enjoyable short stay for one night.

The stay provided a pleasant escape with a beautiful atmosphere. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with all necessary amenities. Friendly staff enhanced the experience greatly. The second room I moved to had soft furnishings that needed attention, and the shower was difficult to use, lacking adequate pressure. The cobwebs and humidity in the initial room were concerning.

The room was a letdown at first. It felt damp with mold on the bathroom ceiling and cobwebs everywhere. The toilet roll holder was broken, and the paper on the ceiling was peeling off. But we switched to room 20, much better. It felt fresher since it had been recently painted, though it had a smaller toilet seat which didn't fit, and the shower was tricky to get right. The cheap toilet paper and stained towel were a bummer. So yeah, mixed feelings about the room overall.

We had a wonderful visit, enjoying our spacious family room while my kids had a blast. The nearby Port of Immingham was perfect for a day out, and the staff were pleasant, especially the receptionist.
My children wished there were more entertainment options for kids, like a play area or games room. It would make family stays much more enjoyable.

Great food and friendly vibes
Really nice spot! The staff were super chill and friendly. Loved the food-we ate in, and it was great, especially the duck breast. BUT, food stops at 3 on Sundays, which kinda sucked since we were out all day. Still, nice place overall!
